Subscription and tournament payments

Refund eligibility depends on the item purchased, payment status and applicable organizer terms. A payment-processing fee may be non-refundable where permitted.

Requesting a refund

Contact us with your payment reference, account email and reason. Tournament registration refunds are generally handled by the relevant organizer unless TimberTally is shown as the merchant.
