TimberTally processes account, tournament-registration, participant, scoring and payment-reference information to provide tournament services. We limit access according to user roles and retain records where they are needed for tournament integrity, security, accounting or legal obligations.

You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal data through the Contact page. Some competition and transaction records may need to be retained.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
